Yes, Chipolo finders use Bluetooth to connect to the Chipolo app on your phone and to keep the finders connected to your phone, Bluetooth needs to be turned on all the time. If Bluetooth is turned off, you are not able to make your Chipolo ring.

What battery does the Chipolo ONE use?

The key finder uses a coin-shaped battery model CR 2032 that you can find in most shops selling regular AA batteries. When the battery runs out, you can replace it yourself in a few simple steps.

What is your return and refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your Chipolo you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. The order must be returned in good condition. If all these conditions are met, you will receive a full refund.

Can I also add Chipolo ONE to the Apple Find My app?
